Provide assistance in the taking of patient’s personal information and medical history, including biophysical, cultural, psychological, environmental, and developmental data.
Take and file reason for patient’s visit, important signs from patient, and weight/height.
Present data in graphs.
File patient’s currently taken medications, including other information such as allergies.
Setup patient for examination and assist physician during testing, examinations, and procedures.
Follow physician instructions to complete patient’s treatment.
Take record of interventions, and ensure prescription refills are made.
Perform administrative duties like taking and returning calls from parents.
Participate in periods of emergency.
Responsible for stocking rooms with medical supplies.
Give and record medications and immunizations to patients and report any errors that may arise.
Document patients’ allergies and unpleasant reactions to medications.

X-Ray/CT Technician - Manning, SC

pre patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
Must be able to conduct CT scans.
Read doctor's notes as to why exam is being performed.
Take medical histories.
Produce x-ray films of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems such as cancer or fractures.
Have patient undress and remove jewelry.
Explain procedure to patient.
Ascertain is patient is claustrophobic.
Position patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately radiographed.
Prepare solutions for patients to drink.
Surround the exposed area with radiation protection devices.

Lab Technician - Manning, SC

Phlebotomy certification required. 

Ability to perform in house lab testing including but not limited to CBC, Cardiac Panel, Urinalysis, Flu, Strep and Mono testing.
Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
Execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions.

Job Description

  • Conduct depression screening
  • Reconcile medication list
  • Document Annual Wellness Visit thoroughly in the patient’s chart
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings to maintain the highest and most current standard of Medicare Annual Wellness Visit guidelines
  • Provide education and referrals, if needed

Qualifications
