Colonial Healthcare – Family Medicine and Beyond

Colonial Healthcare is a primary care medical practice with additional specialties and ancillary diagnostic services that focuses on families. We also offer urgent care, available seven days a week. Our doctors can address any and all of your health concerns. We have primary care providers who specialize in family medicine and a network of specialists for any other medical services you may need.

Our offices are located throughout Sumter, Columbia, and Manning, SC, with additional offices opening throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. We provide same-day service and limited wait times, even without an appointment. We also provide in-house diagnostic testing to save you time on appointments and travel. We accept TRICARE and most major insurance plans.

For an appointment, you can request one using our online form or call the location nearest you today.

For information regarding office hours during inclement weather visit the Colonial Healthcare Facebook page.

Due to the approach and impending landfall of Hurricane Florence, we will be observing the following hours:

Sumter Urgent Care: Closing at 2pm on Thurday, Semptember 13

All other Sumter-area offices: Closing at 1pm on Thurday, Semptember 13

Charleston Pain and Rehab: Currently closed due to mandatory evacuation order

All offices will tentatively re-open on Monday, September 17, subject to change depending on weather conditions.

We urge all of our patients to be mindful of the changing weather conditions and the track of the storm, and please do not hesitate to evacuate to a safer location inland.
